Description
We are looking for a results-driven CRM Project Manager with expertise in HubSpot to lead technical projects and drive successful client engagements. Based in Grand Haven, Michigan, this full time role requires a dynamic individual who can manage teams, oversee system integrations, and provide strategic guidance for HubSpot implementations. Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 HubSpot professionals, fostering their development and ensuring alignment with project goals.
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and customization of HubSpot systems to meet client requirements.
Manage technical integrations between HubSpot and other business tools, ensuring efficient data flow and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects, maintaining budgets, timelines, and clear documentation for stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication by collaborating with diverse teams, addressing challenges, and providing clear project direction.
Deliver training sessions to clients on HubSpot functionalities, empowering them to maximize platform usage.
Document technical workflows, including data mapping and creating detailed ERDs using tools like Lucidchart.
Support sales efforts by participating in client calls, scoping technical solutions, and providing accurate budget estimates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, upselling services and identifying new opportunities for growth.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HubSpot projects, including implementations, onboarding, and integrations.
Proven track record of leading and growing teams in a managerial capacity.
Familiarity with agency settings, with at least 3 years of experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in integrating HubSpot with other systems using APIs, Zapier, or similar tools.
Expertise in project management tools like ClickUp, with the ability to allocate resources effectively.
Exceptional client-facing skills, including presenting solutions and managing project scopes and timelines.
Experience working with freelancers and ensuring vendor deliverables align with budgets.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to set expectations and navigate complex client interactions.
