Job Title: Jr.Project Manager - Windows 11 Migration

ABSOLUTE MUST HAVES:
- Authorized to work in the US | Must Have Transportation
- Immunizations (Titers Test, Hep B, TB Screen, Influenza immunization) - we offer service to get these completed

Responsibilities:
- Monitor project progress
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and user support, to ensure smooth migration processes
- Coordinate migration scheduling with Inova team members and stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and security standards throughout the migration
- Lead and manage the Windows 11 migration program from planning to execution..
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security standards throughout the migration.
- Manage resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization of team members.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct post-migration reviews to assess project success and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the migration team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in IT migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Microsoft Certified: Windows Client) are a plus.
