Title: Senior Engineer Cyber Security Engineer

Location: NV, NY, CT (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation
Pay Range:$150000-$170000/Yrs

Description
Lead the selection, design, implementation, and operation of security solutions.
Integrate security controls into business processes to ensure data security and compliance.
Drive the development and adoption of solutions to mitigate risks globally.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical leaders with a client-services approach.
Recognize threats and efficiency opportunities across diverse business models.

Key Responsibilities
Design and support security solutions throughout their lifecycle.
Advise on operational improvements to enhance security capabilities.
Develop and maintain security controls for agile deployments.
Build security frameworks to optimize time-to-solution.
Develop and sustain a metrics-driven software assurance program.
Contribute to the Incident Response Process and collaborate across teams.
Act as an escalation point for complex security operations issues.

Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience as a security professional.
Over 3 years of experience in high-traffic or global enterprise IT environments.
Strong experience in enterprise engineering and lifecycle management.
Senior-level, hands-on experience in security engineering and support.
In-depth knowledge of intrusion prevention and response, and identity management solutions.
Experience with vulnerability management and system hardening.
Expertise in threat hunting and creating playbooks.
Working knowledge of security protocols such as VPN, SSL, and firewalls.
CISSP certification or equivalent required.
