Position: Data Engineer with OSI And Cosmic Supporting Services
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Description
Engineering Deliverables:
- Perform all Tier 2 Managed Support Services.
- Management of all assigned incident workloads.
- Create, maintain, and communicate daily, weekly, and month status reports including utilization metrics and service health metrics as directed.
- Management of all site availability and outage mitigation plans.
- Management of escalated incidents from automated monitoring and partner engineering teams
- Create, maintain, and communicate all root cause analysis for problem/change management
- Regularly and promptly update Troubleshooting Guides, other operations/process documents
- Deploy and configure service components.
- Comply with M365 Specific Security Requirements
- Manage escalated incidents from automated monitoring or from other engineering teams.
- Participation in web site/server restoration and root cause analysis as part of problem management.
- Respond to monitoring alerts and resolution within any applicable OLA or SLA for the service.
- Provide weekly and monthly scheduled reports including utilization metrics and service health metrics as directed.
Required background clearances
- Must hold IT-2 (Department of Defense IT-2 adjudication based on a successful OPM Tier 3 investigation), FISMA, FedRamp, CJIS (Criminal Justice Information), Federal DoD clearance
- Must retain and maintain the clearances necessary to support escort operations in the Office 365 suite
