Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Health Cloud Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing healthcare-focused Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Health Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and healthcare data models to support payer, provider, or life sciences use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud for healthcare applications
- Customize and extend Health Cloud data models including Patient, Care Plan, Clinical Data, and Utilization Management
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Aura components, and Visualforce pages
- Build and optimize FHIR- and HL7-based integrations with external healthcare systems (EHR, EMR)
- Implement Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Process Builder, and custom metadata
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI security, and healthcare regulations
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, data, and integration issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL
- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk) and middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred)
- Understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical data models, and interoperability standards
- Experience with Salesforce Security Model (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Shield)
- Salesforce certifications preferred:
- Platform Developer I/II
- Health Cloud Accredited Professional (nice to have)

- Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio
- Knowledge of payer/provider operations
- Exposure to Salesforce Shield, DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset)
