Position: CRM Product Manager
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Job Description:
Support the development and implementation of Generative AI pilots and products focused on enhancing guest and employee experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape product journeys, write user stories, conduct testing, and manage roadmaps.
Analyze product performance using data and industry insights to guide future enhancements and prioritize features.
Assist in resolving complex risks and managing dependencies across initiatives.
Preferred experience includes LLMs, prompt engineering, CRM tools (Salesforce/Dynamics), and Agile methodologies.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential.
