Two Resources Needed: One to start around 7/8am and another to start around 10/11am.

We are seeking an experienced I-9 Compliance Support professional to assist with a short-term onsite project focused on reviewing and validating Form I-9 documentation. This role requires hands-on experience with I-9 completion, verification, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and validate Form I-9s for accuracy and completeness
Verify supporting identity and work authorization documents
Ensure compliance with federal I-9 and E-Verify guidelines
Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information for correction
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Required Qualifications:
Prior, hands-on experience reviewing and processing Form I-9s
Strong knowledge of I-9 compliance requirements and acceptable documentation
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work onsite in Linden, NJ for the full project duration
Professional handling of confidential data
