Oracle CCB (Customer Care and Billing) Consultant
Location: Hybrid Seattle, WA
Duration: Long-term Contract

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle CCB solution architecture and configuration for utility clients
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to gather, define, and document requirements
- Develop and implement Oracle CCB solutions that meet business and regulatory requirements
- Participate in and lead RFP (Request for Proposal) responses, including solutioning, scoping, and writing technical sections
- Conduct gap analysis, recommend best-fit solutions, and drive design workshops
- Support data migration, integration, and testing activities related to Oracle CCB
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Oracle CCB solutions
- Assist in performance tuning, issue resolution, and optimization of Oracle CCB environments
- Provide thought leadership, training, and mentoring to client and internal teams as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle CCB implementation and consulting within the Utilities sector
- Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Customer Care and Billing
- Proven experience contributing to or leading RFP processes, including technical proposal writing
- Knowledge of Utilities customer service, billing processes, meter-to-cash cycles, and industry regulations
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
- Hands-on experience in configuration, extension development, and integration using Oracle CCB
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client engagement skills
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud migrations and SaaS models for utilities
- Prior experience working with major utility companies or large-scale CCB transformation projects
