Role: AEM Support Lead (DAM)
Location: Orlando, FL
Job Description:
Good experience of AEM 6.5 and cloud
Expertise in AEM DAM
Oversee management and optimization of AEM Assets, including storage, metadata, version control, user permission management and workflows
Provide L2 and L3 support activities Incident management, Service Requests, minor enhancements, tagging configurations, metadata models
Good knowledge of other integration tools and systems for seamless asset management with other adobe marketing solutions and 3rd party systems
Collaborate and guide business users in clarifying their questions related Assets
Collaborate with other stakeholders and integration teams to resolve any issues
Maintain documentation of DAM configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures
Support in bulk import of assets from various other systems like S3 bucket
Guide and mentor the support engineers
Provide monthly/weekly report to stakeholders like monthly volume, user access, etc.
Experience & Skillset:
8 10 years
AEM 6.5 / AEMaaCS specifically in DAM module
Strong understanding of DAM best practices, industry standards, and trends
Adobe Certified Professional in AEM DAM is preferred
