Junior Business Development Manager (BDM)

Mandatory criteria:
Solution Selling: Engage in consultative selling, focusing on enterprise technology services, including public and private cloud offerings, AI/ML, GenAI, data sciences, and traditional IT services.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise technology services, including cloud migration, cloud-managed services, AI/ML, GenAI, data sciences, application development, modernization, and managed services.
We are looking for young professionals who have entry level and now have 3 5 years of experience, are eager to learn, and can adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the BFSI sector, focusing on mid-market to large enterprise clients.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders in the BFSI industry.
Solution Selling: Engage in consultative selling, focusing on enterprise technology services, including public and private cloud offerings, AI/ML, GenAI, data sciences, and traditional IT services.
Proposal Management: Handle responses to RFI and RFP processes, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Sales Process Management: Demonstrate proficiency in sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 5 years in mid-market to large enterprise sales, with at least 2 years in direct sales activities.
Industry Focus: Experience in the BFSI sector, with exposure to IT services (Onshore, Nearshore, Offshore).
Revenue Management: Experience managing a portfolio of accounts with an annual revenue turnover of US$5 10 million.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of enterprise technology services, including cloud migration, cloud-managed services, AI/ML, GenAI, data sciences, application development, modernization, and managed services.
Sales Expertise: Familiarity with sales processes and definitions, with experience in solutions and scoping engagements beyond staff augmentation.
Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates to deliver optimal solutions to customers.
Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel within the assigned territories for client meetings and engagements.
