Job Title: Azure Integration Architect
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension

Job Overview:
A leading global technology services organization is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Integration Architect with deep experience in Azure cloud platforms, iPaaS solutions, and EDI systems (Sterling Integrator / Cleo Harmony). This role is central to designing and optimizing enterprise-level integration strategies and will play a key part in advancing digital transformation initiatives.

What You ll Do:

  • Design scalable cloud-based integration architectures primarily on Azure, leveraging iPaaS platforms.

  • Provide hands-on expertise in integrating enterprise systems with EDI/B2B solutions (e.g., Sterling Integrator, Cleo Harmony).

  • Define technical standards and best practices across integration layers and cloud architecture.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, secure, and maintainable integration solutions.

  • Evaluate and implement middleware, APIs, and 3rd-party services to drive seamless interoperability.

  • Enforce IAM and security best practices across all design and deployment stages.

  • Guide and mentor development teams, performing code and design reviews to ensure top-tier quality.

  • Cloud Integration Architecture Strategic and hands-on solution design.

  • DevSecOps Alignment Exposure to modern software delivery and operations practices.

  • Real-World Architecture Presentation Ability to present technical solutions with clarity and relevance.

  • Process Flexibility Adaptability in dynamic and evolving environments.

  • API Management Experience designing and governing APIs at an enterprise level.

  • Cross-Functional Communication Strong collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Azure Certification (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer, etc.) required.

  • Proven experience in Azure cloud-based integration using services like Logic Apps, Data Factory, Azure AD, and Service Bus.

  • Familiarity with EDI protocols and integrations (e.g., AS2, FTP/SFTP, etc.).

  • Strong background in microservices and RESTful API development.

  • Practical knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security controls.
