Crew process improvement associates measure and document customer satisfaction, cost and time reduction, and quality improvement processes and develop strategies to improve them.
Responsibilities:
Work with moderate work direction and identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving
Work with client to analyze and define the business process that needs an IT solution
Identify and document high-level requirements, map future state of the solution, and ensure the system/solution meets business and user requirements
Document and map business process and requirements for the future state of the IT solution
Identify and understand the end user's need
Facilitate the business process redesign and documentation as needed
Qualifications:
Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
Two years of experience in Information Technology in a Manufacturing, private, public, government, or military environment
Experience with configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Microsoft PCs
Ability to configure, deploy, install, migrate, order, patch, replace, support, and triage site infrastructure as follows: workstations, laptops, tablets, Zebra and HP Printers, servers, VMware, terminal servers and networking
Provide standard and local software support - VMware, Windows OS and Office suites
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
