Job Title: Service Line Sales Executive / Sales Practitioner - Connected X/Services Practice
Job Location: USA(Remote)
Join our NxT Digital Business specializing in Industry 4.0 solutions. We focus on cutting-edge Industry 4.0, Connected X, and IIoT solutions, drawing from experience with Client. We cater to diverse sectors including Mining & EPC, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Retail & CPG, etc., tackling complex challenges in IT-OT convergence.
Responsibilities:
- - Drive sales targets for Connected X solutions portfolio.
- - Build a robust sales pipeline utilizing existing contacts.
- - Collaborate with clients to develop agile use cases and deliver solutions.
- - Formulate and execute connected product development strategies aligned with business goals.
- - Cultivate strong client and cross-functional team relationships for seamless product integration.
- - Foster an agile development culture, prioritizing innovation and speed to market.
- - Coordinate with development teams in India for product delivery.
- - Stay abreast of consumer, customer, and technology trends to inform product strategies.
- - Establish and utilize performance metrics for goal alignment.
Qualifications:
- - Bachelor s degree or equivalent.
- - 15+ years in sales/Account Management/Business Development with quota responsibilities.
- - 5+ years of experience in connected smart products and platforms with C-Level engagement.
- - Understanding of product lifecycle management from development to support.
- - Knowledge of agile processes and IoT connectivity protocols (e.g., WiFi, BLE, LORA).
- - Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, utilizing SAFe Agile framework for project execution.
- - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
