Job Title: Salesforce TPM Consultant

Location: Louisville, KY (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Trade Promotions Management (TPM) Consultant to act as a Functional SME for a Salesforce TPM implementation. This role will lead functional design, stakeholder engagement, and requirements alignment, ensuring the TPM solution supports business transformation across planning, budgeting, execution, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead functional design and act as the primary SME for Salesforce TPM.

  • Translate business needs into scalable TPM solutions, aligned with industry best practices and emerging trends.

  • Facilitate functional workshops with GE Appliances stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

  • Leverage L2 L5 TPM process mapping to refine and document requirements.

  • Define and document business requirements, promotion workflows, and approval hierarchies.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and validate Salesforce TPM configurations and integrations.

  • Document requirements for joint business planning with retail partners using shared dashboards and promotion calendars.

  • Drive adoption of AI-powered scenario modeling, budget optimization, and real-time execution monitoring.

  • Support personalized promotions and omnichannel campaign management in collaboration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Align TPM initiatives with GE's ESG goals, including sustainability-focused promotions and reporting.

  • Lead change management, training, and user adoption activities.

  • Monitor KPIs and ROI metrics to continuously optimize promotion effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Consumer Goods or Retail, with multiple TPM implementations.

  • Strong expertise across the TPM lifecycle: planning, budgeting, execution, claims, and analytics.

  • Basic understanding of integration requirements for end-to-end TPM solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

  • Experience in consumer durables or appliance industry is a strong plus.
