Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst
We are seeking a mid-level Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) to join our cybersecurity team in protecting and managing both classified and unclassified systems. The ISSO will ensure compliance with federal and organizational regulations, support Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities, and contribute to system accreditation and continuous monitoring.
The company is located in Fort Meade, MD and will be 5 days onsite.
The candidate must have an Active Secret Clearance (Top Secret Preferred).

What You Will Be Doing:
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
- Draft, review, and maintain System Security Plans (SSPs), risk assessments, and other RMF documentation.
- Support Authority to Operate (ATO) efforts under the NIST RMF.
- Perform vulnerability scans, analyze results, and coordinate remediation with IT teams.
- Conduct security reviews and audits to ensure compliance with NIST 800-53, DoD STIGs, and agency requirements.
- Maintain and update all cybersecurity documentation and artifacts.
- Act as a liaison between system owners, ISSM, IT staff, and external auditors.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents alongside the incident response team.
- Oversee and document STIG compliance efforts.
- Participate in security working groups, briefings, and assessments.
