Job Description:
>> Weekly Schedule: 2 days per week - Onsite at the Scottsdale, AZ office, 3 days per week - Work from home (remote support). Monthly Requirement: 1 weekend night shift per month - Typically aligned with scheduled releases.
>> The Contingent Worker (Onshore) will be a member of the Carrier Determination & Appeals (CD&A) IT Prod Support team and is responsible for, but not limited to:
>> Shaking Out various key components of the application to validate system health and functionality. Drive toward goal of 100% system availability.
>> Maintaining and supporting applications critical to the operations of CVS Heath in Med BD Prior Authorization (PA), Client Grievances (GRV) and the CD&A IT Support Team
>> Triaging issues with our Tier1 applications, including our fax, printing and voice vendors
>> Monitoring, problem solving, and upkeep of CVS Health CD&A systems
>> On-call support 24x7 as needed
>> Developing and implementing technical solutions such as health checks and critical alerts in support of the Production Support Tier 2 applications across multiple applications and across Towers
>> Compile Case Transaction reconciliations
>> SME for technical support calls, working on tickets RCA Review, and managing tickets RCA DEPs with vendors
>> Maintaining and monitoring daily weekly batch jobs and programs in the production environment.
>> Escalating to Tier 3 support for technical help as required
>> Supporting monthly maintenance activities
>> Provides triage analysis, system documentation, monitor, remediate, and post triage support plans
