Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of Deputy Project Manager within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide, adjust, and revise project schedules and cost estimates, when necessary.
• Provide status and metrics reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the development and QA teams to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and change management efforts.
• Facilitate Agile activities such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as needed.
• Manage work distribution by utilizing Azure DevOps, including tracking current workload and forecasting future needs.
• Assist in crafting change request documents by gathering requirements, consulting with technical staff and providing level of effort.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance team performance.
• Assist with curating and prioritizing the Azure DevOps backlog based on the direction provided by the customer.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields of study
• 4+ years of experience in the implementation of operational support of web-based management information systems

• Experience with project management principles, including project scheduling, cost estimation, and change management
• 7 + years SDLC experience supporting the full life cycle
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Adaptable, able to quickly learn project tools and procedures

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or PRINCE2 certification in good standing
• Certified scrum master
• ITIL certification in good standing
• Knowledge and experience in the WIC Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) or Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP)

The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $75,000 to 125,000. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This position is classified as exempt in accordance with applicable law.
