Pay Range: $90 - $100/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign & Journey Execution: Design, configure, and launch multi-channel SFMC campaigns, ensuring that Distributed Marketing use cases, client lifecycle marketing, and personalized journeys are supported.
  • Dynamic Content & Email Development: Build highly personalized, responsive email templates using AmpScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL. Create modular, reusable dynamic content blocks that scale across multiple journeys and campaigns.
  • Journey Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor journey health and email performance & SMS, track KPIs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver reporting that inform stakeholders of campaign results and business impact.
  • Optimization & Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariate testing on templates, content, and journey logic. Use results to refine campaigns and continuously improve.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to align journey and email strategies with business objectives.
  • Data & Quality Control: Manage segmentation, list management, SQL-driven automations, and data cleansing to ensure accurate targeting and compliance.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Experience: 5+ years in digital marketing; 4+ years hands-on managing campaigns and building journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Content Builder, Personalization, Intelligence, Distributed Marketing). Skilled in HTML, CSS, AmpScript, SQL, and JavaScript for data segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content. API knowledge is a plus.
  • Campaign & Email Expertise: Strong background in audience segmentation, campaign orchestration, distributed marketing execution, dynamic content-driven emails, and journey monitoring.
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret campaign and journey performance, optimize based on KPIs, and apply insights to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM (SFDC) and integrating CRM data into SFMC journeys and Distributed Marketing campaigns.
  • Understands industry best practices and compliance regulations for email & SMS (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.).
  • Experience with Email QA/testing tools (e.g., Email on Acid).
  • Experience with Claravine or campaign tagging systems.
  • Knowledge of SFMC Intelligence (MCI) or other reporting solutions.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Einstein, and AI-driven campaign enhancements.
  • Experience managing projects with tools like Aprimo.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, and can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a sense of project ownership.
  • Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to ask questions and seek help when needed.
  • Ability to derive solutions from existing processes.
