Title: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Okemos, MI (Hybrid 2 days onsite per week)

Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to provide technical leadership, architectural strategy, and hands-on implementation for Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep Salesforce expertise, strong integration experience, and proven leadership across the full project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide vision and oversight during product evaluation, prototyping, and proof-of-concept activities.
  • Architect, design, implement, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
  • Define enterprise-wide strategies and align Salesforce capabilities with business goals.
  • Establish and maintain architecture artifacts, roadmaps, blueprints, and integration patterns.
  • Lead technical design reviews, assess risks, and resolve architectural challenges.
  • Drive Salesforce DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado, and Bitbucket.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT concepts, SDLC, design patterns, application frameworks, n-tier architecture, and batch/scripting processes.
  • Experience with large-scale enterprise application systems.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with independent judgment.

Salesforce-Specific Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Salesforce Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud (preferably in healthcare payer ecosystem).
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce data model, security architecture, Apex, LWC/Aura, Flows, and Triggers.
  • Hands-on integration experience with Informatica PowerCenter, IICS, and Snowflake.
  • Salesforce Certifications preferred: Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, Salesforce Shield, FedRAMP, Government Cloud, and BPO/OSP licensing models is a plus.
