Join Our ERP Transformation Team Make an Impact from Day One!
Are you ready to be part of a high-impact project that's transforming the operational backbone of 700 branches nationwide? We're looking for two motivated and technically skilled professionals to join our team for the Main Rollout of our Big ERP Project. This is your chance to contribute to a major digital transformation and grow your career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Important Note:
Go Live is scheduled for the weekend of August 15th/16th. If onboarded in time, youll be part of this exciting launch with weekend work (Friday night/Saturday morning, possibly Sunday). After that, its a standard Monday-Friday, 8 AM5 PM schedule.
Project Overview:
We're replacing an outdated AS400 system with a modern Windows-based platform to boost efficiency by 50%. The pilot phase is already underway with 13 branches, and we are gearing up for the first wave of 70 branches in January. You'll work alongside experienced consultants and team members to build, configure, and deploy systems that will power our future.
What You'll Do:
Build and configure machines using detailed documentation.
Troubleshoot PC-related issues and provide deployment support.
Collaborate with branches to ensure smooth transitions.
Identify and improve gaps in existing procedures.
Retain and apply technical knowledge in a dynamic environment.
What Were Looking For:
Solid experience in PC troubleshooting and technical support.
Ability to follow complex instructions with precision.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to process improvements.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Must be available to work onsite 5 days a week.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
