Project Coordinator

Job Description:

A globally leading technology company is looking for a Project Coordinator to enable procurement automation initiatives. This role will focus on facilitating requirements gathering and documenting end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities:

Process Documentation:

  • Assist business users translate procurement workflows into clear process maps and documentation of steps, inputs/outputs, and exceptions.
  • Ensure requirements are structured and actionable for technical delivery teams.

Requirements Gathering:

  • Facilitate working sessions with business stakeholders to capture business needs and assist in translation into detailed requirement documents.
  • Partner with technical teams to validate feasibility before business commitments are finalized.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Act as a bridge between procurement business users and technical teams
  • Drive proactive communication, ensuring alignment, transparency, and consensus across users on process standardization

Change Enablement:

  • Guide business stakeholders who may be new to detailed requirements writing through structured conversations and documentation practices.
  • Leverage existing templates and frameworks to streamline adoption.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of procurement knowledge or experience, sufficient to understand high-level procurement activities (vendor management, negotiations, cross-functional approvals)
  • Strong experience in process mapping and business requirements documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate stakeholder workshops and achieve alignment across diverse groups.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
