Pay Range: $45 - $50/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Note : This is currently a part time position & part time hours Hours 9am-2pm .
- Understand business flows to co-work with Comex and Finance Team to planning & validation incentive scheme
- Manage full cycle of incentive: budget planning, update, rLBE, Actual, Placements and Pipeline Closes)
- Perform incentive & award calculation & collaboration with Comex and Finance team to have monthly and quarterly time payout incentive
- Communicate the performance, incentive & award to field force user
- Governance incentive process: validation, execution, communication, payout, documentation, audit .
- Sales, KPI Target control & performance tracking:
- Work with Comex and Finance Team to validate, adjust, communicate the Sales and KPI target to field force user
- Perform the performance tracking and validation
- Performance, Incentive & Award Analytics:
- Performance validation data for goal sheet
- Performance, Incentive & Award analytics
- Incentive Model Management
- Manage the Incentive Model Management
- Maintenance incentive & award schema monthly/quarterly/annually
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:Incentive Manager, (Commercial Excellence OR ComEx OR comex), KPI .
- At least 5-year relevant experience incentive managerial role in managing business or data analytics functions.
- BA or MA degree in business administration, analytics, data science, mathematics, statistics, or accounting/finance.
- Advanced Excel, Excel Power Query, Pivot, Model, Excel VBA, Access
- Prefer: Power BI
- Strategic and logical thinking
- Business and financial acumens
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Innovation and problem solving
- Project management and time management (multi-tasking)
- Learning agility
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- System thinking
- Designing, deploying, and managing incentive schemes .
- Advance communication and presentation in English at all working levels .
