Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant with a focus on the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, combining 70% functional expertise with 30% technical proficiency. The candidate will drive Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations, customizations, and support, optimizing business processes through expertise in modules like Order Management (OM), Inventory (INV), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Advanced Pricing. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis & Solution Design

Partner with business users to gather and document O2C process requirements.

Conduct gap analysis to align business needs with Oracle EBS capabilities.

Create functional and technical design documents (e.g., BRD, MD.50, MD.70, TE.20) using AIM methodology.

Configuration & Customization

Configure Oracle EBS modules (OM, INV, AR, Advanced Pricing) to meet business needs.

Develop RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) to address gaps.

Customize solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, and XML Publisher (BI Publisher).

Development & Integration

Customize workflows for O2C processes, including order approval and fulfillment.

Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems using APIs and middleware where applicable.

Production Support & Issue Resolution

Provide ongoing support for O2C modules, troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.

Collaborate with Oracle Support to manage Service Requests (SRs) for seeded functionality issues.

Testing & Deployment

Develop and execute test plans for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Support CRP, SIT, and go-live activities to ensure smooth deployments.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Bridge communication between business and technical teams for alignment.

Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams for development, testing, and support.

Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end-users and junior team members.

Required Qualifications

Experience

10+ years as an Oracle EBS Techno Functional Consultant with a focus on O2C processes.

Expertise in Oracle EBS modules: OM, INV, AR, and Advanced Pricing.

Proven experience in full lifecycle implementations, upgrades (11i to R12), and production support for Oracle EBS R12/11i.

Technical Skills (30%)

Proficient in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Workflow, and APIs.

Strong knowledge of Oracle Application Object Library (AOL), including Concurrent Programs, Value Sets, and Flex Fields.

Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher (BI Publisher).

Functional Skills (70%)

Deep understanding of O2C processes, including order entry, pricing, shipping, invoicing, and revenue recognition.

Expertise in Multi-Org Access Control (MOAC) setups, including Operating Units and Inventory Organizations.

Familiarity with Trading Community Architecture (TCA) for customer data management.

Soft Skills

Education

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Oracle E-Business Suite certification (e.g., Oracle EBS R12 Financials or Supply Chain).

Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2.x and third-party system integrations.

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA/BPEL, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
