job Title:Service Delivery Manager / Account Manager
Location:Remote( Full time)
Client:Experion Technologies
Key Responsibilities
* Manage delivery and account engagements for digital/eCommerce programs
* Coordinate with Sales, Product, QA, Support & Development teams
* Engage proactively with client stakeholders to ensure expectations and satisfaction
* Coordinate between onshore and offshore teams, ensuring milestones, SLAs & KPIs are met
* Manage escalations, daily/weekly checkpoints, and reporting
* Lead feature roadmap planning and deployment with cross-functional teams
* Mentor team members and support capability development
Required Skills & Experience
* 15–20+ years of total experience, with 5+ years leading eCommerce teams
* Strong B2B/B2C eCommerce and SaaS platform experience
* Experience with SAP Commerce (Java based) + CMS such as Contentful/AEM
* Strong SDLC & Agile (Scrum) understanding
* Hands-on with Jira Service Management & reporting metrics
* Experience working in onshore/offshore model with US time overlap
Preferred Certifications:
PMP / PM² / Prince2, Agile Scrum, ITIL (v3+), Cloud Foundation Level
