Senior Java Developer

Role: Senior Java Developer
Location: Reston, VA- Remote for now
Job Type: Long term contract

Job Description:
* Must have extensive experience working with Java/J2EE 8+ and Spring 4+
* Must have extensive experience with web services and understanding of RESTful / SOA Services, especially using Spring Boot
* Good to have experience in working with API Management Tools.
* Must have strong experience with batch applications (Spring Batch) and scheduling
* Must have strong experience with working on front end applications using JavaScript, JQuery, Angular and Bootstrap.
* Must have strong experience working with Websphere/Tomcat
* Good to have experience working on Cloud technologies (AWS)
* Must have extensive experience with DB2 and Mainframe systems and SQL queries
* Must have extensive experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
* Must have strong experience in continuous integration within DevOps environment (Jenkins, Sonar).
* Must have strong experience in working with GIT/BitBucket.
