The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in account research, outbound prospecting, and content-driven engagement using tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn, and email.

- Design and implement geo-targeted outreach campaigns to engage enterprise prospects across regions.
- Conduct thorough account research to understand client needs, industry trends, and decision-making structures.
- Generate 60 75 qualified meetings annually with senior stakeholders.
- Achieve a minimum 25% conversion rate from lead to opportunity.
- Develop new business by identifying and nurturing high-potential accounts.
- Obtain accurate contact data using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Execute outbound calling and email campaigns using Salesloft and other automation platforms.
- Collaborate with external vendors to support lead generation initiatives and ensure quality delivery.
- Create messaging and outreach content tailored to industry verticals and buyer personas.
- Use LinkedIn and email as primary channels for prospect engagement and relationship building.
KPIs
- Schedule between 60 to 75 qualified meetings annually on an individual basis.
- Maintain a lead-to-opportunity conversion rate of 25% or higher.
- Ensure over 95% accuracy in CRM data and lead documentation.
- Achieve an engagement rate above 20% across email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Maintain a satisfactory vendor performance score.
- Create and deploy new outreach content assets as needed.
- Contribute to quarterly pipeline growth through the generation of qualified leads.

Qualifications

- 10 15 years of experience in B2B lead generation, with substantial emphasis on enterprise outreach.
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and scheduling meetings across global regions.
- Proficiency with ZoomInfo, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Advanced skills in account research, cold calling, and executing outbound campaigns.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for crafting persuasive messages.
- Proven experience in managing external vendors and aligning them with internal lead generation objectives.
- Capability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of vertical-based outreach strategies and industry segmentation.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail in campaign tracking and reporting.
