Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Compensation
Pay Range:$34.68-$51.00/Hrs

Description
Lead projects in IT with a focus on financial institutions and capital markets.
Utilize knowledge of market risk and financial risk concepts.
Coordinate agile practices and serve as a Scrum Master.
Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Collaborate with team members to enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
Coach team members in agile frameworks.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile practices are followed.
Assist in tracking and removing impediments.
Manage project scope and timeline.
Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.

Qualifications
10 years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles in IT.
5+ years of experience in financial institutions focusing on capital markets.
Expertise in writing user stories with good acceptance criteria.
Understanding of data analysis and data warehouse concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
