Your Team and Role
As an Infrastructure Developer within the Compute Platforms Product Team, you will help build automation and configuration solutions that enhance the lifecycle, security, and scalability of our infrastructure across multi-cloud environments. You'll focus on developing self-service capabilities, automating operational tasks, and improving infrastructure reliability through modern DevOps practices. This role includes opportunities to work with DNS and F5 load balancing appliances, as well as windows and linux servers contributing to the automation and management of core services.
Here is What You Can Expect on a Typical Day
- Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation, and configuration-as-code with Ansible.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git-based workflows to automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle operations.
- Develop automation scripts using Python to streamline infrastructure tasks and operational processes.
- Collaborate with product owners and tech leads to define technical requirements and deliver scalable, secure solutions.
- Enhance infrastructure security posture through automated controls and configuration management.
- Support automation and management of DNS and load balancing services, including Infoblox and F5 appliances.
The Skills & Expertise You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in infrastructure development, DevOps, or platform engineering.

- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or equivalent cloud certification.
- Exposure to agile development methodologies and product-centric delivery models.
- Experience with infrastructure security best practices and DevSecOps principles.

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $107,700.00 to $160,500.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
