Job Details
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex ServiceNow solutions
- Own end-to-end architecture of ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom apps.
- Lead technical design workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Expertise in: - ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Mgmt), HRSD, or CSM - GlideScript, Scripted APIs, Flow Designer, Service Portal, IntegrationHub - CMDB design and governance
- Strong understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
- Architect and manage integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.)
- Ensure platform scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
