- 84 months of experience developing customizations and interface programs in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) version 9.2 using PeopleSoft Application Designer with People Tools 8.53 or higher.
- 84 months of experience using SQL against an Oracle relational database to support PeopleSoft related tasks.
- 84 months of experience with PeopleSoft Reporting Tools using PS Queries and BI Publisher.
- 72 months of experience using Workflow configuration with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).
- 60 months of experience with PeopleSoft Integration Tools like Integration Broker.
- 48 months of experience working in People Tools and PUM upgrades
- 18 months of experience configuring and customizing Smart HR Templates and Application Packages.
- 18 months of experience with Fluid, Work Centers, Activity Guides Dashboards, and Page and Field Configurator.
