Role: Sr IT Technical Project Manager Network Operations Center (NOC) Experience Preferred
Location: Remote (PST Hours Preferred)
Duration: 12+ months

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr IT Technical Project Manager to support one of our direct clients. This role will focus on process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and project delivery within a technical and network operations environment. Candidates with experience in Network Operation Center (NOC), MSPs, and ServiceNow will be given priority. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving acumen, and the ability to drive highly collaborative projects in a dynamic environment.

Years of Experience:

  • 10+ years in project management roles
  • 5+ years in technical environments with cross-functional team collaboration

Technology Requirements:

  • General understanding of NOC operations and network PM work
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Degree or Certifications Required:

  • No mandatory certifications: experience is key
  • PMP / Agile / Scrum certifications are a plus
