Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate must have a strong skills in Java-based technologies with a passion for building accessible, high-performance web applications. This role requires hands-on experience with Java, JBoss, Spring/Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies including React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Familiarity with SQL databases and accessibility standards (ADA, Section 508, WCAG) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs using Spring Boot and JBoss.
- Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, QA, and DevOps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Ensure applications meet accessibility standards (ADA, Section 508, WCAG).
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
- Strong experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and JBoss.
- Proficiency in React, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database design.
- Experience implementing and testing for web accessibility (ADA, Section 508, WCAG).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
