Salt Lake City, UT (Hybrid Work Schedule)
Direct hire, Full Time
Start date: August 11, 2025
Salary Range: $110-$135KYR DOE
Job Responsibilities:
Maintaining, supporting, customizing, and optimizing the current NetSuite architecture to meet growing business needs globally.
Work with all departments to improve the functionality within NetSuite to meet the demands of each job function within the organization.
Troubleshoot issues and define and document best practices and processes.
Maintain user access, roles and rights, and provide end user training worldwide.
Create, manage and edit customized NetSuite reports, forms, fields, and records.
Keep and maintain master business data lists for reporting and integration.
Manage, own and document all requirements involving NetSuite, including all integrations.
Scale finance/warehouse/manufacturing infrastructure to meet the needs of company growth.
Support the warehouse management system.
Identify performance gaps, both technological and business related, and propose dynamic solutions to
address the gaps.
Own NetSuite projects including audit of current settings, enhancements, integrations, and other special
projects
Share your individual subject matter expertise and be a liaison to Customer Service, Warehouse, Sales and Accounting.
Maintain user access, roles and rights, and provide end user training worldwide.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline required or equivalent experience in Computer Science
5 years + of NetSuite Administration
Prior experience as a business systems analyst helpful
Efficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles, and permissions, page layouts, searches and
reports, and NetSuite data model preferred
Experience with CRM and ERP systems preferred
Able to problem solve in a timely manner helpful
Capable of handling complex environment helpful
Proficient communications skills including written and spoken, helpful
Travel up to 30% max, as need needed, primarily to California location. Typically-5-10%
