Job Title: Selenium Automation Tester

Location: Onsite - Atlanta, GA

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Selenium Automation Tester to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of web and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver, test frameworks, and CI/CD integration, along with a strong understanding of software testing life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber).
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to analyze requirements and define comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing for web and mobile applications.
• Maintain and enhance the test automation framework and reusable components.
• Participate in code reviews, defect triage meetings, and sprint planning sessions.
• Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• Generate and share detailed test execution reports and defect logs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in test automation and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 5 years of hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver automation.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with TestNG / JUnit / Cucumber / Maven / Gradle.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket, etc.) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Knowledge of API testing (Postman, Rest Assured) is a plus.
• Experience in working with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
