Senior Business Consultant (Hybrid Position)

3-6+ months hybrid contract

Hybrid position: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Locals to Downers Grove, IL area only

Skills/Experience needed:

  • BS Degree with 5+ years of experience as Sr Business Consultant who is detail-oriented and dependable resources to assist with processing new business and renewals during high peak volumes. Support the timely and accurate entry, validation, and tracking of customer data and documents related to group setup and renewal activities. The ideal candidate is organized, deadline driven, and comfortable navigating systems and administrative workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in health insurance industry is needed
  • Works independently with a high level of independent judgement, critical thinking and initiative, receives minimal guidance
  • Independently interact with and influence a wide range of stakeholders, and demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering results
  • Experience interacting successfully with management and staff across multiple departments to drive results and resolve issues, including the ability to assess and course-correct as necessary
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) for written communication and analysis.
