Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Work Location: Portsmouth, NH (Remote)

Job Description:

• Experience in a technically complex environment and experience in executing cloud migration, modernization, and upgrade projects ( preferably AWS-Java-Spring boot)
• Direct oversight of all development and delivery phases including Discovery, Estimation, Initiation, Planning, Design Execution and Release of complex technology Program\Projects
• Proficient in formulating an integrated project plan, getting cross functional teams for respective deliverables
• Experience in creating project plan, estimation and resource loading
• Provide Technical leadership and advise on technical solutions for the program being delivered and ability to evaluate Architecture and participate in solution discussions
• Good knowledge on Agile Project Management Methodologies Best Practices Metrics and tracking tools like ADO etc.
• Able to drive client engagement from strategy planning to escalation management for the program being managed
• Able to drive key technical discussions and proactively manage risks issue and roadblocks to ensure successful solution delivery
• Collaborate with Architects POs Scrum Master, Engineers to become high performing teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English. Ability to write program documentation and reports
• Strong in stakeholder management and communication
• Strong Project Management and people management skills
