Program Implementation Manager II

The purpose of this role is to manage key strategic programs within the Point of Sale business. You will be a main point of contact for high profile Strategic programs within the Merchant organization and will perform a key role in helping the business to deliver these on time. You will work with the Global IT Leaders to bring certainty and speed of delivery to our initiatives, while also delivering against the IT strategy and reporting to senior stakeholders in the entire IT and Business organization.

We tackle big problems, you'll drive the timely delivery of assigned strategic technology programs across different countries, delivering them all the way from Ideation to Completion

? You'll work with geographically distributed teams across the world - spanning North America & Europe

? We work as one team so you will assist team members to ensure program goals are achieved on time and within budget

Experience working with geographically dispersed stakeholders

? Build and maintain strong relationships

? Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills

? Experience working with multi-disciplined teams

? Experience working IT suppliers/vendors would be beneficial

? Relevant project management qualifications

Ability to tailor messaging for senior stakeholders.

Project Management Expertise:

Strong understanding of scope, planning, design, and governance.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification required.
