Pay Rate: $59.00 to $61.00 per hr.
We're looking for a hands-on Software Engineer III to support a major migration from a legacy system to a modern enterprise data platform. This role is part of an ongoing transformation project that began in early 2025. You'll help accelerate development by contributing to backend services and high-performance data pipelines in a collaborative Agile environment.

We're looking for a hands-on Software Engineer III to support a major migration from a legacy system to a modern enterprise data platform. This role is part of an ongoing transformation project that began in early 2025. You'll help accelerate development by contributing to backend services and high-performance data pipelines in a collaborative Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services using Python and .NET (C#).
- Design, build, and optimize ETL data pipelines for enterprise data platforms using Snowflake and Foundry.
- Write and optimize queries in SQL and work with NoSQL databases.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps to implement CI/CD pipelines and support deployment automation.
- Apply data engineering best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Participate in daily Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6-8 years of professional experience in software or data engineering roles
- Proficiency in Python or .NET (C#)
- Experience building enterprise data platforms and ETL pipelines
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Snowflake and/or Foundry
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, particularly around CI/CD pipelines
- Agile team experience
Bonus Skills
- TypeScript (used within the team)
- Apache Spark or other distributed data processing tools
- Experience in data migrations or modernization projects
