Job Details

Skills Required:

  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst, specializing in Salesforce CRM.
  • At least two years of experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Experience in the FinTech sector, with familiarity in platforms like nCinco, Fundingo, or TMO, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with tools like Jira.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and understand business requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements within the FinTech space.

  • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for system configuration and development.
  • Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to design and implement solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure stakeholder engagement with Salesforce features.
  • Perform testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet business needs and industry standards.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users, enhancing Salesforce adoption and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about the latest Salesforce updates and best practices, continuously seeking ways to innovate within the FinTech industry.
