RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Cincinnati, OH.

Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of technical capabilities within our Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) Program. The initial focus will be on ensuring the successful integration of high-quality foundational data from dependent systems to support key business outcomes. This role requires an ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and to navigate competing priorities across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead cross-functional agile delivery teams within a lean program structure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical dependencies
* Develop and drive execution of project milestones with a hands-on, proactive approach to issue resolution and risk management
* Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to resolve challenges, balancing strategic objectives with operational realities
* Foster clear, consistent communication across business units, technical teams, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment
* Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining momentum, team engagement, and a positive, solutions-oriented influence
* Manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
