Senior Project Manager

Senior PM has full responsibility to manage and oversee all aspects of the most complex IT projects to deliver an IT product, service or system.

Experience Required:

Minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT project.

In the past 4 years, verified management of the following: at least three (3) complex IT or Enterprise data-related projects that required the application of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies to manage cross-functional projects by following project management principles across multiple and diverse stakeholder agencies.

Four (4) years of verified experience and skills working on Jira for project tracking, dashboarding, and Confluence for documentation and collaboration, or similar.

Education Required:

Requires the possession of (a) a bachelor s degree, and (b) a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), which will be verified during the RFO process. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. The PMP certification is required and may not be substituted with additional experience.
