Data Center Project Manager

Duration: 12+ months

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end data center projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, facilities, security, and vendors.
• Manage timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and change control processes.
• Oversee infrastructure-related projects such as server deployments, power and cooling upgrades, and network installations.
• Ensure compliance with data center standards and operational procedures.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings and document progress, action items, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting tools.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on data center or infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of data center technologies, including networking, server hardware, power/cooling systems, and cabling.
• Experience with data center migrations, consolidations, or large-scale hardware deployments.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL or similar service management frameworks a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Owings Mills, MD, as required.
