Job Title: Staff Software Dev QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,700-$176,900. Fortinet offers employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), 11 paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time as well as a comprehensive leave program.
Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Job Title: Staff Software Dev QA Engineer
Job Requirements
- Hands-on experience testing Identity management solutions in on-prem and public cloud platforms.
- Expertise in QA automation using Python, ansible & shell scripting.
- Expert knowledge of Kubernetes for building highly scalable environments.
- Hands-on experience with openstack environment is a plus.
- Good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching.
- Good knowledge of Linux environments is essential.
- Ability and experience of working in a highly fast paced environment under pressure.
- Solid understanding of monitoring, and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
Job Responsibilities
- Review and understand product functionality and requirement to identify test scenarios for Identity management solutions.
- Create and execute test cases to ensure products assigned are thoroughly tested.
- Develop and maintain automation to run test cases and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
- Use automated tools to report test case results and track defects to improve quality.
- Build and maintain on-prem kubernetes environment to scale and run automated jobs.
- Build and maintain openstack lab environment for QA.
- Work closely with development and Product management teams to understand product functionality and provide feedback to enhance product capabilities.
- Stay updated on new testing methodologies and tools to always improve the QA process.
