We re seeking a Remote Live Chat Specialist to join our support team. You will assist customers via live chat by answering questions, providing product/service information, and resolving issues remotely. No phone calls required.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide quick resolutions
Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed
Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary
Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Basic Requirements:
Strong written communication skills
Ability to multitask (chatting with multiple customers at once)
Customer-first attitude with attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and quiet remote work environment
High school diploma or equivalent
