Job Description

We are looking for a Technical MES Program manager. This position will be hybrid.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage MES projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

  • Drive transformation initiatives within MES projects, optimizing processes and systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, including Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) considerations.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging team members to contribute to project success.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for MES systems and transformations.

  • Lead technical discussions and problem-solving sessions, leveraging your expertise to guide the team.

  • Monitor and evaluate project performance, implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Proven experience as a Program Manager in MES projects and transformations, with a solid technical background

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams

  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management

  • Familiarity with MES systems, manufacturing processes, and industry standards

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement

Preferred:

  • Master's degree preferred.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
