Construction Project Coordinator/Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven professional to coordinate and manage construction activities at project sites. The role involves overseeing contractor and vendor work, ensuring productivity, schedule adherence, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage construction work performed by contractors and vendors on-site.
• Monitor and assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance.
• Conduct walk-downs of planned work, validate completed work against design requirements, and approve contractor payment requests.
• Verify constructability, ensure proper resource allocation, and assess field status to resolve issues promptly.
• Manage project scope, budget oversight, performance reporting, schedules, and work in progress.
• Ensure Construction Supervisors effectively execute assignments and achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Construction Supervisors and supplemental workforce.
• Communicate departmental, station, and division goals, and validate each team member s ability to contribute to these objectives.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in construction management or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
