CEIs Client in Downtown Pittsburgh is adding an Entry Level Desktop Support Specialist.

- Onsite Positing Monday - Friday
- Must be local to Pittsburgh
- 12 month contract with potential for extension
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support, installation, and configuration of PCs, Smart Devices, Telecom, and Network Solutions.
- Imaging of desktop and laptop computers, knowledge of SCCM is a bonus
- Provide technical support for video conferencing systems (Microsoft Teams Rooms/Cisco Video Endpoints) in conference rooms.
- Prepare workstations including configuration and setup of laptops and desktops.
Job Requirements:
- B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Office Suite.
- Professional communication skills (phone, email, in-person).
- A+ Certification preferred.
- Exposure to Cisco, WebEx, Crestron, or Teams video conference solutions is a plus.
