Job Details
HCM Security Consultant to design, implement, and maintain robust security frameworks for Human Capital Management systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HCM applications and expertise in role-based access control (RBAC), data privacy, and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure security roles and permissions within HCM systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Collaborate with business analysts, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement security best practices.
- Perform user access reviews, segregation of duties analysis, and resolve security issues.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Maintain and document security configurations and policies.
- Conduct security testing and audits, and implement remediations as needed.
- Support HCM implementation or upgrade projects from a security standpoint.
- Train users and administrators on security policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute security migration and cutover strategies in cloud or hybrid environments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HCM systems with a focus on security.
- Hands-on experience in at least one major HCM platform (e.g., Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft).
- Strong knowledge of role-based access control, user provisioning, and identity management.
- Understanding of HR processes and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Certification, Workday Security Certification).
- Experience with audit and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and integrations.
- Scripting or automation experience (e.g., using SQL, PowerShell).
