Job Details

<>Key Responsibilities</>
  • Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.

  • Administer and support server environments and network infrastructure.

  • Lead and coordinate IT teams to develop processes and technical specifications.

  • Plan, design, and oversee analytical and technical assignments.

  • Maintain and enforce security standards and ensure data integrity.

  • Provide technical training and guidance to users and staff.

  • Document system processes, maintain records, and prepare reports.

<>Required Qualifications</>
  • Minimum 3+ years of IT experience in technical support or system administration.

  • Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience, with strong communication skills.

  • Experience in server maintenance, telecommunications, and database management.

  • Ability to analyze, document, and implement IT solutions efficiently.
