Job Title : Senior - Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid - Vienna, VA

Duration : Long Term

Description

ADO skills:
Azure DevOps (ADO) Wiki Management
o Own and maintain the team's ADO Wiki, ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the latest processes and initiatives.

SharePoint Coordination
o Create and manage SharePoint pages for the architecture team and align content with ADO Wiki for consistency and transparency.

Process Documentation
o Regularly update and refine team processes within ADO Wiki based on changes in practices.

Backlog Management
o Maintain the team's ADO backlog, assist architects with work item creation, categorization, and progress tracking.
Executive Delivery Metrics Dashboard Integration
o Support the integration of the ADO backlog with the executive delivery metrics dashboard for any new core services within the team.
o Act as the primary point of contact (Branch lead) for cross-team collaboration and lead across all the groups within TSA to ensure successful and seamless integration of ADO backlogs into the Exec Dashboard.

Data Compliance Monitoring
o Oversee the data integrity within the executive delivery metrics dashboard to ensure work items are appropriately created and maintained.
SLA Compliance
o Track the lifecycle of work items to ensure timely opening and closure in accordance with defined SLAs.
Demand Intake Alignment
o Ensure consistency and synchronization between ServiceNow demand intake tasks and ADO work items.

Quarterly Metrics: Gather info from (Service Now and ADO) various sources combined create diagram in PPT
SharePoint knowledge to update team pages and correct links and presentation

A Business Analyst evaluates overall performance, identifies areas for improvement, leveraging digital analytics to optimize business systems and processes and creates strategies to help the business become more efficient.
